How Pear works
Pear does three things in one launch on pump.fun: creates your memecoin, pairs it to a tokenized stock, and sets who receives its creator fees, including anyone's X Money account.
Overview
You fill in the coin, pick a stock, and choose up to 10 recipients (X handles or Solana wallets), or your holders. Pear builds the pump.fun transactions and you sign them with your own wallet. Pear never holds your keys.
Stock pairs
Your coin trades against a tokenized version of the stock you pick, so its price is quoted in that stock. The list of stocks comes directly from pump.fun's on-chain list of supported pairs. Tokenized stocks track a share price. Holding a Pear coin, or its fees, does not make you a shareholder of the company.
Fee sharing
Creator fees from every trade are split between your recipients using pump.fun's own fee sharing. When you launch, you approve a second transaction that sets the split and permanently gives up the right to change it. Anyone can check the split on-chain, and Pear only lists a coin once it has verified the locked split matches what you entered.
X Money payouts
A recipient can be anyone's X handle. The combined share of all X Money recipients is paid by pump.fun to Pear's treasury, in the stock. Pear swaps it to USDC, locking in each recipient's dollar amount at the price it actually sold for, and sends it to the X Money account for that handle. They don't need a wallet or to sign up. Collecting fees from pump.fun and converting them to dollars happens automatically. X Money payouts are processed every 30 minutes.
Tracking what's owed
Every coin page shows each recipient's share, what they've earned so far (valued at the stock's current price), and how much has been sent to their X Money. Fees are collected from pump.fun automatically once they're worth a few dollars.
Holder rewards
Instead of recipients, you can send the creator fees to everyone holding the coin. pump.fun shares them among holders, paid in the paired stock.
Costs
Launching costs about 0.03 SOL in network fees and account deposits, paid from your wallet. Pear doesn't take a cut of creator fees. pump.fun's own trading fees apply as normal.
Risks
Memecoins are highly speculative and most lose their value. A coin's price has no guaranteed link to its paired stock. Tokenized stocks may not be available where you live. Dollar amounts shown are estimates at today's stock price. Nothing on Pear is financial advice. See the terms.
